Duran, Robert E. Age 80, of Wichita, Kansas and formerly of Chicago. Beloved husband of the late Benita (nee Garcia); loving father of the late Christina (John) Martinez, Roberta (the late Kenneth Pruitt) Duran, Ernest (Erika) Duran, and Maria (Felipe) Garcia; dear grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 8; son of the late Celso Bill and Josephine (nee Gallardo) Duran; brother of Frank (Evelyn) Duran, Joseph (the late Angelita) Duran, Betty (the late Arthur) Diaz, and Rose (Robert) Escamilla. He was a member of the VFW & Wichita North High School. Visitation Saturday and Sunday from 3:00-9:00 p.m. at Lack & Sons Funeral Home, 9236 S. Roberts Rd. (8000 W.), Hickory Hills. Funeral Mass Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Church, 2735 S. Kolin, Chicago. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Sign the online guestbook at www.lackfuneralhome.com.
