Robert Devore Obituary
Robert Ray Devore, 85, of Davis, IL passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
Born in Pennsylvania on March 21, 1937, son of William Charles Mervin Devore & Helen Lena (Bruck) Devore. Robert served his country in the Navy (1954-1958) & the Air Force (1958-1961).
He married Mary Jane Hobart on November 3, 1962 & they raised their family in Oak Park, IL. He worked for Illinois Bell Telephone company for almost 40 years.
Robert will be dearly missed by those who loved him, including his wife, Mary Devore; his children, Anne, Bill (Karen), Mary Beth (John Yurkovich), Bob, Dan (Kim), Fred (Sandra), Jim (Kimmie) & John (Jen); as well as 19 grandchildren, their partners, & 6 great-grandchildren.
