Robert Dabrowski Obituary

Dabrowski, Robert 75, late of Joliet, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet. Born in Chicago to the late Dennis and Clara (nee Biedakiewicz) Dabrowski. Survived by his loving family; his former wife Nancy; children, Tony, Judy Oaks, Jim (Dena), Mike (Alison) and Tom (Sophie): grandchildren, Dennis, Anna and Emmalie Dabrowski, Libby and Zach Dabrowski, Griffin and Zoe Dabrowski, and Cody Arce; a sister Elaine Dinkleman. Preceded in death by a brother Dennis and a sister Virginia Donofrio. Robert was an electrician and a member of IBEW Locals 134 and 176. He was a U.S. Navy Korean War Veteran, and a member of New Lenox VFW Post 9545. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451, on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 3-8PM. Private Interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. For info. 815-485-3200 or www.kurtzmemorialchapel.com
