Robert Busch Obituary

Busch, Dr. Robert C. 2Ec20040 83, WWII Veteran and skilled surgeon, died Thursday, February 7th. After WWII, Dr. Busch continued his passion for fairness, learning, sports, playing piano, reading and helping others. His athletic ability was awe- inspiring. He had a marvelous sense of humor, a roaring laugh and enormous integrity. These are just a few of the qualities that endeared him to so many people. Robert, "Bobby-the strongest man in the world" Busch was, and will always continue to be, an inspiration and role model to his family and friends. He and his wife, Sara recently celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. He is also survived by his children, Gail, Alan, Katie, Ruth, Rachel and Miriam; 14 grandchildren and four great- grandchildren; his brothers, Harris and Edward and many-in-laws, nieces and nephews, with fond remembrance of his late brother, Eugene. He is loved and missed by all those who were fortunate to know him. The world is indeed a better place for his having been in it.
