Bobby, my precious brother. Today is your birthday -January 17th. You always rose early on your birthday to see the sun rise. This had become your birthday tradition. Now, it will be my tradition to watch the sun rise on your birthday. As I watched the sunrise, I thought of you Bob in loving remembrance. I remember with gratitude your encouragement and words of wisdom through the years, your kindness, loyalty and most especially your love. I will remember and miss walking across the Golden Gate Bridge with you, hiking in the Redwoods and walking with you in Rockford. I will miss having breakfast with you on your porch in summer; and listening to music with you. These memories will be locked in my heart forever. I thank God for giving me 65 years to know and love a most special, gifted, brave, kind and loving man -my brother, Bob. Your loving sister, Barbara

Our condolences, thoughts and prayers are with the family in this stressful time.
My memories of Bob, best remembered as "Chico" by me, are that of a person that always had a different take on the situation. As a youngster I "hung out" then worked at the gas station that we all remember. It was always a fun time when Chico was there. He was never at a loss for a great solution to the problem at hand.
I think the best story he ever told me was the one about taking a picture of the Brandys Family stained glass window at St.Florian Church. He was standing on a 8' ladder trying to get the best possible picture of the window when the "Padre" appeared and questioned his activity.Yes, he did get the picture he was after.
We will always remember him as the Free Spirited person he was.

Bob had a terrific dry wit sense of humor and there was never any doubt as to what his feelings were on any given subject when asked! He was a joy to be around. One of my fondest memories of Bob was how he always referred to Juliana as "My Beautiful Bride".

Bob was a great friend and mentor during our years working together in Wichita. Thanks to his frequent out reach, we remained good friends in the years since. Bob taught me how to work with people and how to love life. Most importantly, he taught me how to appreciate the people you love and who love you. My life is richer for having known Bob, and I'll try to live my life every day with the enthusiasm he lived his.

Juliana and Family: My prayers and thoughts are with you. Bob's spirit and love for life, friends and family will live in my memory. I will always cherish the many good times we had during the Pizza Hut years and then later whenever we would cross paths. Trails I travelled with Bob were always full of laughter and great stories. I will miss him. May God bless you and your family in the days ahead.

Memories from stamp collecting to going to Sox and Cougars games to our many family parties, I will miss Uncle Bob and his atttitude of life. He accepted sooooo many challenges and worked his butt off to accomplish so much in his life. His stories like the one about NFL QB Terry Bradshaw and the Pizza Hut Ken Doll, I will never forget. God speed Bob-o and have a cold one with my dad.
