Robert Becker Obituary

Becker, Robert Jerome beloved husband of June (nee Granof); loving father of Scott (Mudgeon), Jill Becker Wilson and Jon; devoted son of the late Jacob and Sarah Becker; dear brother of Joan (Milton) Morris and brother-in-law of Barbara (Frank) Heilbronner; proud grandfather of Amy Becker, Rebecca Peres, Abigail (Joseph) Parent, Adam Wilson, Jessica Wilson, and Jacob Becker; loving great-grandfather of Gabriella, Zelda, Elijah, and Robert Peres; devoted cousin and uncle of many. Dr. Becker was a veteran of the US Army, accomplished physician and entrepreneur, and a generous benefactor to many. A service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, at the Star of David Cemetery, 7701 Bailey Road, North Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33068 (954) 722-9000. Dr. Becker was my Internist when I had my first heart attack at the age of 33, back in the early 60's. I have never forgotten him. He was an excellent physician & a very caring person. My personal condolences to his family.

To the Becker family-- Dr. Becker would come to our home at night and stay with us for hours helping our son through sever attacks, He was a loving and caring doctor, with a wonderful sense of humor. My sympathy to all of you. God bless!
