Ford in Berwyn, beloved husband of Marva (nee Jedd), loving father of Brooke (Paul) Gierse, Robert Jr. (Janet), dearest grandfather of Erin and April Anderson and Skye Gierse, fond brother of Wayne (Arlene). Visitation at the Adolf Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7000 S. Madison St., Willowbrook, IL, on Wednesday, January 4, 2006, from 2 to 9 p.m. Cremation will be private. Memorials to the American Cancer Society, 7234 W. Ogden Ave., Riverside, IL, 60546.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
