We are so late in adding to Dick's Guest Book. He was such an enjoyable man to be with. We cared for him very much. Sorry we could not be there to celebrate his life.

Dear Kevin and Tom, I wanted to let you know how much we cared for your Dad.
He was not just a husband, a father and a friend, he was a hero. A super star that comes by only once in a while. We are all blessed to have had the privilege of knowing your father. Take comfort in the love he had for his boys.

My sympathy to his family. We shall all miss Dick, especially me since he was my next-door neighbor in the Lindbergh apartments building, his smile, positive attitude and great conversations (especially those of his early life and WWI experiences) around the John Knox Village.

It was always exciting when Aunt Jean and Uncle Dick came to visit our house. We always knew that excitement was a brewing when they came. They came to our weddings they came for holidays, but most of all they gave all their love to us. I've known them all my life I am truly saddened that both my Aunt Jean and my Uncle Dick have passed. I know they are in heaven back together at last. They have and will remain in my heart forever.
