We will always remember Mr. Philbrick as being warm and welcoming to us. He was also very generous in sharing his memories of service to his country during World War II, which are now on record at the Library of Congress. We miss him dearly. He and his family are in our prayers.

We are sorry to hear of Richard's passing. We live on the Mason side of the block and always looked forward to entering the alley to our garage when Rich would always give a friendly wave to us. Your whole family is in our prayers. Our deepest sympathy.
Sincerely,
Jim, Karen, Jeanette, Brendan, Julia and Amanda Socke
