Dear Patty, read of Richie's passing in my husbands FOP newsletter, so sorry for your loss. My husband Mike was also on CPD and a Marine. It has been many years since we have seen each other, but I hope you and your family get strength from those that knew and cared about Richie.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Dick was a fine officer of the Decatur IL PD. He was a roommate and good friend. He was a physical fitness believer. He and T Hahn ran together often.

Dear Patty,
