Rick, I will miss you. We have shared many good times together and we have shared our "special" talks over the years whether the subject was about our knees, the ringing in our ears or life in general. I will miss you the most when I look out onto the beach at Oak Lake Family Campground and see the other "Beach Bums" sitting there. But I know that you will be there also. I will always remember Rick enjoying life, partying, laughing with friends on the beach every weekend. He knew how to live a good life and he did what he wanted to do in life. He will forever have a permanent spot on the beach in my eyes. And who knows, maybe as I walk by I will hear a "PSSSTTT" in the distance. He was part of Oak Lakes Family in my eyes. He will always have a special place in my heart.

Bill, Donna, and family, as always my thoughts and prayers are with you. May you find peace within your hearts and may your hearts not feel so heavy. I pray that the loving memories that you have bring you peace and laughter.

Peace Be With you.

Carol

Dear Bill and Family,

You know how deeply I feel your loss. My deepest sympathy extended to all of you. I must say though, through the grief comes a chuckle.I can picture the shocked look on Marty's face seeing Rick and his comment "Rick, what in the h e double toothpicks are you doing here?" Oh what good times they must now be enjoying together. Ricky was a great guy and we enjoyed all our times with him at the campground very much. A lot of laughs indeed. Take care and God bless.

Love and prayers,

Arlene Heintz

Uncle Rick,

Not only were you my uncle and godfather, but you truely were a friend as well. We had the best times from making fun of eachother, others, jokes, driving, our burp contests,or watching you do things that sometimes weren't the smartest (like kicking the meter with slippers on!! Because it was spinning so FAST!!). You were someone to look up to and an important person in MANY people's lives. You touched a lot of people's hearts and none of us will ever forget that. You are missed so much each day, but I know you are in a better place now safe with our Lord. So I just wanna say Thank You for having the impact you did on not only my life, but the many others you affected as well, my poem to you was a gift to you saying Thank You. Happy Birthday!!

I love You Smoo!!!!!!!!

Love Always,

Tiffany

I was very fortunate to have met all of the wonderful people at Oak Lake Campground, but Rick was especially rare. I will remember you my friend, for all the millions of laughs we shared, all the pranks I played on you (which you took so well) for hangin when everyone else went to bed and for living your life to the fullest. I will miss you so much. Gone but never forgotten. R.I.P.R.W.T.P.D. Love, "C"
