Richard Fredrickson Obituary
Preceded in death by his mother, Melodee Tragnitz and grandmothers: Marie Schram and Joyce Fredrickson.
Richard was a member of the IUEC Local #2. He enjoyed riding his bike, spending time with his family and friends, but most of all watching his two children play sports.
He will be missed by his AWOL Brothers and Sisters and all that knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 21, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Ave., Schererville, IN) Rev. Len Dubi officiating.
Friends are invited to visit with the family on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zachary and Gabrielle's education fund.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Tracy, Zach, and Gabby.....Words cannot express how sorry I am that you have had to experience such a loss, I wish I could take the pain away. Gods plan will someday reveal itself so we may understand, but for now we lay Rick to rest and share the memories of the best.....Husband, Father, and Friend!! We all love you!

Dear Tracy and children. I am so sorry to hear of Rick's accident and your loss. Such a sudden and shocking departure takes one's breath away, even as far away as Oregon. God and his angels appear in the guise of family and friends. Rely on them and rest in the arms of the Almighty for comfort.

Tracy, Zach, and Gabby-Rick was a wonderful husband and father. Rick has always been an all around great guy. We are sorry u all have to miss him so much. We are praying for you.

Tracy, Zach, Gabby and everyone grieving the loss of Rick,
Life is full of twists and turns......sometimes they are bittersweet.......sometimes you do not expect your life to fall apart, but if it does, stay strong. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off....try to understand what you are going through. Pray, ask questions so that you'll understand your next chapter....God has a bigger plan for your life, I promise.
