Richard Cordero Obituary

Cordero, Richard 80 of Tucson, formerly of Romeoville, IL passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 in Tucson. Born August 3, 1932 in Chicago, IL. Survived by his wife Ann Marie; children, Steven, Christine (Dave) Venn, Lisa (Scot) McClelland; grandchildren, Matt Venn, Jacob and Analiese McClelland and Kira Cordero, and one brother, Paul. Preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Gus, Adeline and Lupe. Member of the USMC 1st Marine Division- actively served in Korean War. Avid Cub and Bears fan, as well as long-time color guard instructor at the local schools in Romeoville and Bolingbrook. Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Adair Funeral Homes Avalon Chapel (520) 742-7901.

I remember my uncle Richard. He looked so much like my dad, Paul Jesus Cordero. He is always in my prayers. His sister-in-law, Rachel Cordero, died, December 13th. May Uncle Richard rest in Peace. He has already reached heaven, and is helping all her relatives on earth. Love you Uncle Richard.
