Fernandez, Rene Regino devoted son of Jesus G. and the late Aida (nee Aloma) Fernandez, loving father of Julianna, brother of Aida (Tom) Lucaccioni, Janette, Jorge and the late Jose, special uncle of Cassandra, Vanessa, Tiana, Alexandra and Amanda. Funeral Thursday, July 29, 2004 11 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, 1185 W. Algonquin Rd., Palatine. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Therapeutic Intervention Inc., 1645 Hicks Rd., Suite C., Rolling Meadows, IL, 60008, appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mt. Prospect, from 3 to 9 p.m. 847-394-2336.
