Nesbitt, Reese Thomas

Reese Thomas Nesbitt, age 72 of Chicago, passed away on September 11, 2021 from Parkinson's disease. Reese grew up in Chicago's North Lawndale community in a family-owned building with extended family and friends. He graduated from Francis W. Parker High School (1967), and attended Bradley University in Peoria, IL, making many life-long friends. After traveling thru Europe, Reese lived in Los Angeles, enjoying his position in security services for Playboy Enterprises. Reese was a master craftsman, talented in all the building trades. Returning to the Chicago area, he worked as a skilled contractor and electrician. Reese was charming, considerate, and exceptionally kind, often helping others. He is predeceased by parents Lendor C. Nesbitt and Peggy Nesbitt, and brother Roderick G. Nesbitt. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by a wide circle of extended family and friends. A memorial service is pending.
