Rauch, Raymond 76, of Summit Lake, WI, formerly of Blue Island, beloved husband of Joan (nee Williams), loving father of Sandy (Bishop Warren) Freiheit, Larry (Larri Lyn), John (Marsha), and Gary (Marge), devoted grandfather of eight, cherished great grandfather of four, dear brother of Lucille (late Robert) Knirsch, Marjorie, late Herbert (Grace), late Elmer, late Roy (late Dorothy), late Bernice Barry and the late Arthur Jr. Also survived by Joe (Edith) Schmitt and Fred (Bev) Howalt and special nephew, Tom (Sheryl) Germany. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 9 p.m. at Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Services Monday, 11 a.m. at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 7800 W. McCarthy Rd., Palos Heights. Visitation one hour prior to service at church. Interment First Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Alsip. Memorial donations to Langlade Memorial Hospital Oncology Clinic, 501 Aurora, Antigo, WI, 54409 or Arbutus Lutheran Church, N9892 Church Lane, Pearson, WI, 54462, greatly appreciated. 708-388-1300.

I want to send my condolences to the Rauch family...to Joan, Sandy, Larry, John and Gary...growing up with the children in Blue Island and playing at the Rauch house will always be remembered as a friendly place to be...Ray and Joan always made me feel welcome...may Ray rest in peace
