WWII Army Veteran, beloved husband of Rita (nee Poetz), loving father of Robert (Nancy) Martin, Ruthann (Kenneth) Michel, Rita Martin, Renee (Michael) Kissane and Rhonda Martin, fond grandfather of Joseph, Julie, Stephen, John, Raymond, Christina, Margaret, Nicole, Michael and Robert, great-grandfather of Jack, Aidan, Rory and Nolan, dear brother of Marie (Ralph) Schuetz and the late Joseph (Wanda) Martin, Katherine and Paul Denning, uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Monday, 8:45 a.m., from Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn, to St. Germaine Church for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
