Cooney, Raymond D. of Bloomingdale, Veteran of Vietnam War, beloved husband of Kitty (nee Allison), devoted father of Kimberly, Brian and Nicholas Cooney, loving son of Warren (the late Lee) Cooney, stepson of Irene (Mickey) DiMaria, dear brother of Edward and Karen Cooney, Diane (Darrell) Grigsby, David and Geri Atkinson, JoAnne (Ken) Murphy and Paul Butler, loving son in-law of Lloyd (Enda) Allison. Funeral Thursday, 9:30 a.m., from Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St., Roselle, ( mile west of Bloomingdale/ Roselle Rd.), to St. Isidore Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, P.O. Box 1010, Torrence, CA, 90505, appreciated. For Info., 630-889-1700.
