My deepest sympathy to the Castro family. Ray was a great leader in the neighborhood. My memory of him was when he arranged for the neighborhood children to take an airplane flight over Chicago and Milwaukee.

Our hearts go out to all of Ray's family, especially his children. We know he will leave a void in your life as well as the life of the community which he served so well. Our deepest sympathies.

Our deepest sympathy to the entire Castro family. Ray was an outstanding citizen, role model and leader in the Mexican-American community. Although I have not called him Muggsy since we were very young men(he called me Ray, not Cowboy)I am sure the name will enhance his legacy. Ramon & Alice Aleman

To Ray's family... My deepest sympathy on Ray's passing. Ray and I went to grammar school together. It made me proud to read of the things Ray had accomplished. He was a nice young man in school and always very respectful. What a blessing you as a family had in such a wonderful man. My prayers are with you.
