Oh my. I and my wife were just talking about Dr. Slupik, and I came upon her obituary. So sorry. She delivered both our daughters in Chicago in the 80s while I was in Pathology residency. She was a good doctor and a had a good heart. Thank you Dr. Slupik.

Ramona was the best of the best 30 years ago she was my DR. who brought my daughter into the world after a very scary high risk pregnancy. I will always remember her down to earth personality. A trailblazer in her field. Incredibly intelligent but easy to talk to. I remember the Northwestern staff having the utmost respect for her.

I was Ramona's patient for 35 years. She was an outstanding, young female go-getter in the category. I will remember her tenacity in solving some of my issues when I was pregnant and after giving birth. I appreciated her and hope some of the young physicians she taught and people she mentored will have her medical contributions live on in them.
