God seen you were getting tired and not a cure could be seen, So he put his arms around you and whispered "come with me" With tear filled eyes, we watched all the suffering fade away.. although we love you deeply we could not make you stay... Your golden heart stopped beating.. Your hard working hands put to rest.. God broke our hearts to prove to us that he only takes the BEST!!

I offer my deepest condolences to your family. Ralph was truly an all around good guy.I am glad I had the pleasure of having him as a friend. I will truly miss him but he will always be in my heart. Your family is in my thought and prayers .

On behalf of Keith Kalafut, and as former classmates to Cheryl and Thomas our condolences to the Wawrzyniak family.

I wasn't a close friend of Ralph but I remeber him from when I lived in the Back of the Yards. I remember standing out in front of Blackie's Tavern on the corner of 48th and Loomis and seeing Ralph on his way to work. He would stop and chat with the guys but would eventually say he had to be going because he was on his way to work. He always had an easy smile and he seemed much older than his years at the time like someone who had a purpose in life and knew what he needed to do to get there. I'm sorry I won't be able to make it to the wake and funeral, but I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to your family.

to the family of ralph, Please accept my deepest sympathies and condolences.ralph and i go back a long way,good friends since childhood.we were classmates & teamates @ hamline school.grew up playing ball at throop park & cinders lot at 47th street...we stayed good friends,we stayed in touch over the years,just these past months we went to blackhawks and sox games...a good good friend and a fun guy...i'm so grateful to have been his friend...i will forever miss him...ralph i know where your going buddy...save me a spot wouldya...

Oh how I am saddened.

Ralphie was a guy that once you knew him, you knew he was a friend for life.

I remember when he first started working at Jewel while I was on the corner hanging out with no direction. He would be walking to work with that shirt and tie and that smile he had was never ending. He always seemed to be happy go lucky.

It had been too many years since I had seen him last. The losing of a friend like Ralphie leaves such a void in everyone’s life. Please know that he will be missed but always remembered.

Although I haven't see Ralphie in years, I was heart broken to hear of his passing. I will always remember him as the nice guy that always had a smile on his face. Please except my deepest sympathy for your loss. I am sorry I was unable to pay my respects in person, but I will pay him a visit next time I am at the cemetary.
