A Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2006, 11 a.m., at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 1937 S. 50th (50th & 21st St.), Cicero, IL 60804. Inurnment family plot. Mr. Chard formerly worked in housekeeping at Loretto Hospital, Chicago and retired from MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, housekeeping and groundkeepers Depts.
