I first met Raleigh March when I was just a kid at 19yrs old, I am now 70yrs old. He was my boss when he was the Chief of the 5th District Court. He became a friend & mentor. I have very fond memories of him & he will alway's be remembered by me "Strech". That was a nickname he gave me & alway's called me. Save a place for me "Rallo"!!!
