Wielosinski, Phyllis J. (nee Kumor) Age, 81, passed away Saturday March 14, 2015 in Phoenix, AZ, her home of 30 years. A native of Chicago's North side/Maternity BVM Parish, she was a longtime resident of Chicago's Eastside where she worked as an Inspector for Republic Steel. She enjoyed many years working in Hospitality at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix. Wife of the late Clemens Wielosinski (d: November 26, 1975); mother of Joseph (Lori) and Michael (JoAnn) Wielosinski; grandmother of Joseph Clemens Wielosinski; sister of Florence Bryzycki Knoff and Maryanna Lyza; dear aunt and friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (US Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave.), Chicago Heights on Wednesday morning, March 25th from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Services at 12:00 noon.
