Phyllis Monterastelli Obituary

Monterastelli, Phyllis 92, of Ottawa passed away Monday, November 14, 2016 at Ottawa Pavilion. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 at St. Columba Church with Rev. David Kipfer officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. prior to services, Thursday at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. She is survived by three children, David (Janet) Monterastelli, Diane (Joseph) Inman, and Deborah (Allan) Patarozzi; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Memorials may be directed to St. Columba Church or VITAS Hospice, 105 Marquette St., LaSalle, IL 61301. The online guest book may be viewed and remembrances shared at www.ottawafuneralhome.com.
