Phyllis C. Kazmierczak (nee Gwizdalski), age 91 late of Tinley Park and formerly of South Chicago and Calumet City, Illinois passed away peacefully on August 12, 2022 after a full and love filled life. Beloved wife of the late Ted for over 50 years. Preceded in death by her parents the late Casimir and late Clara (Baranski). Devoted mother of Les (Veronica), Paul (Mary) and Michael (Julie) Kazmierczak; proud and caring grandmother of Nicole (Cesar) Zambrano, Becky, Katie (Lucas) Robertson, Michael, Elizabeth, Danny and the late David Kazmierczak. Loving great grandmother to Lorenzo, Delaney and Amelia Zambrano. Beloved sister to David Gwizdalski (late Loretta), Juanita Dziczkowski (late Rudy), Claudia Lipetzky (late Vince), and late Gerald Gwizdalski (Rita). Caring sister-in-law to late Henry Kazmierczak (late Loretta), and Terry Barczak (late Harry). Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Adopted and loved Grandma to all she met. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 19515 115th Ave. Mokena, IL. Prayers at the Funeral Home Wednesday, August 18, 2022 at 9:15 a.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, IL. Burial Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
