On behalf of my mother, Sylvia Weisberg, and myself, we express our heartfelt condolences on Phyllis's passing. She and my mother were lifelong friends, and my mother lit a candle and said a personal goodbye to Phyllis this morning. My mother will miss her dearly.
Sincerely, Rhonda Hughes
