known what a real man is. My wife and I will always remember when you came to my house when I got sick at work and you took her to the hospital. You made sure my kids were taken care of.The world will miss a real friend. Dave & Martie Evans.

Ranetta, my condolences and sympathy to you and the entire Adamovitz family during this difficult time in your lives. Phil was a policeman's policeman. He was a leader of men and a teacher to many, including me. I consider my self lucky to have worked under his command as a Police Officer and to been able to call him a friend. Phil may be gone but his legacy and memories live on.

Ranetta and Family:
I am so sorry for your loss of a great police sergeant. Phil was a very hard worker and so were you when you worked with me in the Narcotics Section. I knew you and Phil were always loyal to CPD and to me personally. You guys made such a great couple. I will keep you both in my prayers.

Uncle Phil was a true Uncle to us as kids. I will always hold a part of him in my heart when I think back on my childhood. I'm sad the years passed without much communication, a reminder that time is temporary and love who you have while you have them. Wish I could be at the service, but I now live out of state. My prayers are with everyone he touched, we all lost a great man
