Phil you were are tremendous brother and above all became a wonderful friend to myself and all of your fellow brothers in local 134 Rat 351. Your legacy will always live on and we won't ever forget you. Your time here was brief but you made an impact on everyone's life in some way for the better. I will serve my time and continue my career in honor of you, and not a day will go by that i won't think of you. May God be with you always. I love you brother Phil!
