To Phil's Family-

I went to HS with Phil and laughed with him for four years. He was one of the people you think you'd go to a reunion for. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Phil and family:

My brother, Jack, told me of your loss. Although we haven't seen each other in years, I want to let you know how badly I feel for you. The loss of a child is, I think, life's greatest heartache. My deepest sympathy and prayers.
