Philip Roux Obituary

Roux, Philip G. Age 67, of Des Plaines, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014. Beloved husband of 43 years to Cheryl Roux (nee Bennigsen); loving father of Jason (Rachel Book), Renee (Chris Holman), Sean, and Neal Roux; proud grandfather of Austin and Easton; dear brother of Steve (Elaine) Roux; fond uncle and friend to many. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines, IL 60016. A 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at St. Zachary Catholic Church, 567 W. Algonquin Rd., Des Plaines, IL. Burial will be in Bohemian National Cemetery, Chicago, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association. Information 847-699-9003 or glhillsfuneralhome.com.
