Philip was so much a part of our lives, that we will forever hold a place for him in our hearts and memories. Growing up in Albany Park, down the alley, the Glaser family was a daily part of the lives of the Cohen family. Both families moving to West Rogers Park kept us in constant contact, especially with Sima and Sara. Phil became Uncle Phil to my girls, showing up at the house to help our Phillip with rehab projects. My blind cousin Helen enjoyed having Phil around and he would even stop by to see her after the rehab work was done at her condo. He would even surprise my mom, Dorothy, by ringing her doorbell once in a while, and calling her "Ma" when seeing her out in the neighborhood.
We will truly miss Uncle Phil, and offer our heartfelt sympathy on his passing much too soon.
