Philip Cacioppo Obituary

Cacioppo, Philip C. loving son of the late Salvatore and Jacqueline, dearest brother of Lucille (Nick) Kantas, Theresa, Antoinette, John (Roseann), the late Leon (Betty) and the late PFC Carlo, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Lifelong member of the Musicians Union, Philip was an accomplished Guitarist in the Entertainment Industry since he was 9 years old. Some of the musical groups he played with were the "Mus-acks", "tri-tones", "Pep-Tones", and the "Three Lads & a Lass", among others. Visitation Friday, 3 to 9 p.m., at Salerno's Galewood Chapel, 1857 N. Harlem Ave., Chicago (John Rago Sons F.D.). Everyone is asked to assemble Saturday, 9:45 a.m., at Holy Rosary Church, 612 N. Western Ave., Chicago for a 10 a.m. Service. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. For info: 773-889-8223.
