To Connie and the Bragiel family. My deepest condolences at the passing of Phil. I know the void he left will never be filled in your lives. Phil was a great partner and friend. We shared many experiences working 2172 over the years. I always knew Phil had my back as he was that kind of Policeman. Jean sends her wishes as well, and we both hope Phil is resting peacefully. God Bless you all, and Dwayne, Stay safe!
