Saying goodbye to Aunt Butchie doesn't seem real. Everyone time I went to California to visit my sister and her grown children Kris and Shannon , we would go see her. I got to meet her Children and their spouses and their children. I will always treasure my memories of her and the time we had with her. She was the last of our aunts and uncle to survive. I will jeep her and her family in my prayers. She was one of a kind. Love you Aunt Butchie. Your niece Michele.

Very sorry to hear of Paula's passing. I admired her energy and enthusiasm while working with her at Chavez School (Juanita School) in the Oxnard School District. She served on the Leadership Team and was well regarded by colleagues, students, and parents. When she announced her retirement there was a night reception at the school with standing room only!. She had a great sense of humor and truly cared in making a difference. Condolences to her family and friends.

It's hard to put into words what my Aunt Butchie meant to me. When we would talk she always wanted to know about family back home in Kankakee. She would tell me stories about her life growing up, and what a good life she had. She was a babysitter to all of her nieces and nephews so we can take some credit in giving her the experience of how to be a great mother to her future children. She was so proud of her family and would comment that she was truly lucky! For someone that endured the loss of her husband and some personal health issues she was resilient. I will miss her so much! I hope she will be my guardian angel. Love ya, Donna Jean Casino
