Paul Sullivan Obituary

Puddie,
I am so sorry for your loss of your twin Paul. I came across this obituary several years ago and was so saddened. Now it appears it has been 20 years this October.
I remember all our fun times at Purdue, and as you know, I always had a crush on Paul. His smile was infectious. I hope all is well with you and the Sullivan family.

Dear Sullivan Family,

It has been a month since Paul's

passing and I think about him every

day.I and my family miss him very

much.As the holiday season approaches your family and Paul will be in our thoughts and prayers.We loved him very much.I will especially be thinking of him

tomorrow,Thanksgiving Day,as I drive by Keystone park and remember that sorry excuse of a turkey bowl he and the sullivan brothers played in.

Paul's death has been such a painful and devastating loss and I want to express my sincere sympathies to all of you. My thoughts and prayers will always be with you. Although I have much sorrow and regret, I am lucky to hold such fond memories of Paul and your family. He was an extremely wonderful and supportive friend and companion. The great times I experienced and the tremendous lessons he taught me will never be forgotten. I am who I am today because of Paul, I believe I am a better person for having him in my life. Thank you for all that you have graciously shared with me through the years at O'Sullivans, as well as at family gatherings, etc. Paul will never be forgotten, his love has a lasting impression on everyone.

Although it's been a lot of miles and years from Purdue I can still fondly recall Paul joyfully singing "Irish Eyes" on a fall Saturday. God bless.

I roomed with "Sully" for awhile at Purdue. I am shocked at his death. All my sympathy goes out to you.

It has been many years - yet it seems like yesterday that we enjoyed a laugh and made a lot of great memories at Sigma Nu. I will always remember "Sully's" laugh and the way that he always brought light to the room. He will be missed by all of us. I feel lucky to have spent time with him. My thoughts and prayers go to his family.

It was a great shock to hear of the passing of Paul. It has been many years since our college days at Sigma Nu but I can recall,as if yesterday, Sully's zest for life and the easy way about him. My heartfelt condolences go out to the Sullivan family. I will miss you bro.

It has been many years since I last ran into Sully. Met him by chance on Rush Street one night. I have many fond memories of him gathered while we were in Sigma Nu at Purdue. He will be missed.

Although I haven't kept in touch with Paul or many other Purdue Sigma Nus over the last several years, I was stunned to read of his untimely death by way of a forwarded e-mail. I remember Paul always had a light-hearted way about him and good nature. I'm sure he will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and associates - my sincere condolences and prayers to all of them.
