11 years later and you´re still in my thoughts and prayers almost everyday. So much has changed since you passed, but I think you´d be proud of your family and where we are today. Your lessons have guided me through a lot of decisions, and I still hear your voice when I´m making life choices. I love you pal, until we meet again...

Well Grandpa today I had to tell James that you were in heaven. When I told him we were going to Grandmama's house I was telling him who we were going to see and he said Great Grandpapa? It broke my heart. I said Great Grandpapa's in Heaven. . I hope you have a fantastic Christmas up there. We miss you so much. Love you Grandpa!

Happy Birthday Grandpa!

December 16, 2011

Dear Cousins Karen, Ken, Diane and Janet,
What a shock to just learn of dear Uncle Paul and Uncle Jack's passing. I often think of all of you and had in the back of my mind that we would one day get together. I'm so sorry we haven't done so. I guess we'll have to take comfort knowing that Paul and Jack are now with my Dad, and the rest of the family "up there". Take care, Love Lorry and Ray

Remembering Red and Betty as good neighbors from 81st Street. We spent some of our happiest days talking over the fence and watching Red grill. We were also one of the first people to meet Mary. What a great family.

December 14, 2011

Though I did not have the opportunity to ever meet Mr. Greenfield it would not be difficult to ascertain that he was a well loved family man. Janet always spoke of her father with a daughter's admiration and later a daughter's compassion.
May this love and strength continued to see all of you through this difficult time.
