Dear Doyle family,

Very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I last saw Paul at a party around '93. He was just as friendly then as I remember him when we were kids growing up in Flossmoor. Deepest sympathies from the entire Bodnar family.

Dear Aunt Gene, Tom, Liz, Peter & Pat,

We are so sorry about Paul. What a tragedy. Aunt Gene, we can't imagine your pain. We will be praying for you.

Paul was a great guy. I don't think he missed a family event. He was so friendly and always had a smile. But what we remember most is his kindness. He was always so thoughtful. It is such a great loss of a son, brother and uncle. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

It's been reaallly hard, letting it sink in that Paul isn't just a phone call away anymore. Gene, Tom, Pat, Pete, Liz, we can't imagine what it's been like for you and your families. We pray for your comfort and send our sincere condolences. John and I just saw Paul last month and he was his usual jovial, talkative self. We often enjoyed meeting at Muldoon's for some fine Irish faire and then would go for our "customary" stroll to get Dairy Queen for dessert. We'd often talk about how Paul was going to buy a fixer-upper in Wheaton and he was going to work his magic with renovation and the landscaping. He was a real Renaissance man! We'll miss him.

Mrs. Doyle, Tom, Liz, Peter and Pat - we are shocked by Paul's passing. He was a true friend and a wonderful person. I can honestly say Paul was one of the nicest people I have ever known. From our days at IJP, to all the family parties and all the way to the Disney World vacation he took with us and our small children (how many bachelors do you know who would be nice enough to do that?)we have nothing but fond and loving memories of Paul. He will be missed tremendously. Our love and prayers go out to you all.

Aunt Gene, Tom, Liz, Pete and Pat,

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Paul's untimely death and can only imagine how difficult this time must be for all of you. I will truly miss Paul, but will always have the great memories of the happy times we spent together as cousins growing up, in college together at Miami and as adults playing golf and catching up on each others' lives at family get-togethers. Paul was one of those rare people you meet in life who genuinely cared about other people. He was a terrific person with a great outlook on life. He will be sorely missed. May your faith be a source of comfort and strength to you in the coming weeks and months. You will be in our prayers.

Paul was the nicest, coolest guy I have ever known. Since I was a kid, he would always spend time with me at the many parties our families threw. He taught me how to drive a car, pedals and all, around the time I was ten years old and I will never forget that or his kindness in general. He was great and will be missed.

As I read others words I see that Paul never changed from the "growing up" days when I knew him...he remained a quality, loving, special person. God give peace to all who knew Paul.

I met Paul a little over a year ago. In that short year we became good friends. He was always a great person to talk to and the first one to listen to your problems. In the office he was always a great co-worker and an even better friend. It was an honor to know and work with Paul. May God be with your family in this time of mourning.
