Patsy Gayle Berry Chansley, 67, a native of Russellville, Arkansas, a homemaker, died at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville on Friday, February 22, 2002. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 24, 2002, 7-8:30 p.m., at Humphrey Chapel, 2801 West Main Street, Russellville. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, February 25, 10 a.m., at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. David McLemore, the Rev. Al Sparkman, and the Rev. Don Rose. Burial will be at Booher Cemetery, Russellville. Memorial donations are appreciated to Women's Ministry at Second Baptist Church, c/o Humphrey Funeral Services, Inc., 2807 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801. Arrangements entrusted to Humphrey Funeral Services, Inc., Russellville, Arkansas.
