So sorry for your loss. Pat was one of the good guys. Worked with him many years ago at Hall's Printing before he joined the Police force and got to see him when the guys from Hall's got together for lunch every few months. When Big Al passed away a little while ago every one was asking if he was contacted. Hope he didn't suffer. He will be missed by many of us who knew him. The White Sox are losing one of their biggest fans.

Pat and I go back to St. Philip High School. We would meet every year at the alumni banquet, reminiscing about our parallel paths: high school, work, military service, Vietnam, policing... Upon his return from war, Pat joined the Chicago Police, and served with pride. A talent that set Pat apart from the rest of us was his playing of the bagpipes. And he did this so beautifully.
A good man, a patriot, and committed to family and community.
Pat will be missed.

Pat, Bridgitte and Tim, my deepest condolences. I know Patrick is in a better place now with our Lord, but he is going to be missed by so many left behind. I know I will miss his wit, and impish smile. Also I'll miss seeing him when he came down to Florida, and the usual phone call "well, I'm down here now, is there anything going on"? Pat was a good friend and will be missed by all who knew him.
If there's anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to call. May God Bless Patrick and you and hold you in the palm of His hand.

To Pat, Bridgitte and Tim. I'm so sorry for your loss. This is a great loss to many people in that Pat was always there with a smile, a good word and in his deeds. Deeds, not only to the citizens of Chicago and his work, but for thousands of friendships he cultivated over the years. I will miss being with him on fishing trips, and to the numerous adventures with the Pipe Band, and just being in his company. Till we meet again, my friend, till we meet again.
