On the passing of my favorite uncle and dearest God-Father, Pat, we just want to say to you, Maureen Snr. my wonderful aunt and God-Mother, my fondest cousins, Patrick, Brian, Barbara, Maureen and Noel and all your families, that we are truly so, so sad for you, Pat is such a huge loss to you especially, and everyone that knew him.
You are so blessed to have to have had Pat for so long, as a wonderful husband, father and grand-father. Treasure those memories, as we do here in Dalkey. I will write to you all soon, when I can find the appropriate words.
Sorry we could not be with you at such a sad time, but we hope to visit over the coming months.
Michael misses his fellow Corkman and cherishes the laughs they always had together.

Liston family, my deepest sympathy on the passing of your beloved father. He must have been a great man to raise such a great family .
I only know his two son's and their beautiful wives, and both are wonderful families with great character, so I know he is in heaven looking down and very, very proud.
