Patrick Anthony Brosnan, 80, U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, Purple Heart recipient. Native of Knockbrack, Knocknagoshel, Co. Kerry, Ireland; devoted son of the late Jack "Flurry" and Mary Kate nee Mangan; loving brother of the late Florence, Hannah Mai (Keith) Webster, Michael, John "Jack" (the late Johanna Maria) and Christy Brosnan (Kathleen); cherished uncle of CatherineMary, Patrick, Aiden, Giles,John, Hannah, Thomas, Mary, Gerard, Patrick, Maria, John, Timmy, Mikey, Patrick, Brendan, Noel, Mary, Catríona; dear cousin, great uncle, friend and neighbor; Proud former member of Union Local 399 Operating Engineers, Local 7 Firemen and Oilers, former elevated train motorman and conductor with CTA. Visitation Friday, April 28th 10 AM until Mass 11 AM at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, 8033 W. Addison, Chicago. Interment at a later date in Knockane Cemetery, Knocknagoshel, Co.
