Dear Dad, Mom was a very special person. She was ONE in a million. We all loved her very very much and she she be missed so much by all of us. You and Mom had such a wonderful bond together and you show the entire family how much we were loved. She will always be a part of Barbie, Gregory and Rachel and myself. We loved her with all our heart.

Pat was one of my first patients at the Elmhurst Clinic,and certainly one of my most memorable. Her humor and grace certainly made an impact on me as a physician, and I will miss her for a long time to come. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family at this time.
