Rubiano, Patricia "Pat" A. A Resident of Friendship Village, formerly of Hoffman Estates and Rogers Park for over 50 years. Family and friends of Patricia "Pat" A. Rubiano (nee Jefferies), 79, will gather for toasting, cheering and celebrating her life Friday, September 2 at 7:00 p.m. at Fox Run Golf Links, 333 Plum Grove Rd., Elk Grove Village. Born October 26, 1936 in Great Britain to the late Reginald and the late Kathleen (nee Smith), she passed away peacefully August 20, 2016 in Schaumburg. Pat loved bowling in younger days, playing poker, the slot machines, Bingo and watching her beloved game shows. Family was utmost in her life. She was the adoring mother of Loraine "Lori" (John) Kirsten, Denise (Robert) Staub and her "Third Daughter" Jackie Bernaey (and family); loving grandmother of Joel, Steven (Emily), Stacey (John) and Scott; proud great-grandmother of Savannah; dear sister of Geoff (Pam) Jefferies, her late sister Sue (Chris) Perry and fond aunt to Jo and Lindsay all from Great Britain; dear friend and considered as "Gram" to many others.
