I met Pat when I moved to Schaumburg and rented the townhouse next door to her. We had a similar career background and became fast friends.
We had wonderful times together, including our outings with our girl's group.
Since moving back to Texas in 1995, we tried to keep up with each other, but life often got in the way and we spoke less often. I last spoke to Pat last summer and knew MS was getting the best of her.
I am so proud to have called her friend for many years and so proud of how she gracefully handled this terrible disease and advocated for others struggling the same.
Rest In Peace Pat, and enjoy a pain free eternity. I will see you again ❤

We had met Pat at Krapels a few years ago and enjoyed doing patio time with here there. It was then I learned we had something VERY much in common, the MS gig.
My condolences to her family and all those who had the privlege of knowing her. RIP Pat free of all earthly burdons.

Patty and I were friends since we met at Lee Wards. We spent much time playing games and eating out. Later we traveled to visit each other. She even brought me a deep dish pizza when we lived in Hawaii.
I feel like I have known her siblings as she must have known mine. She will be missed.
