To the Kirk Family:
Pat was always a great co-worker to be around. She always was a good friend to both myself, and my mother, Gloria, when she worked at Saint Joseph back in the 80's and early 90's. The entire staff of Medical records at Saint Joseph will miss her greatly, and shares the loss with the entirely family. Pat may you rest in peace, and we will see you again one day, in the Great Jerusalem.
