I for Pat for a short time a few years ago when she was so excited that her daughter had just gotten engaged at the ChristKindleMart in Chicago.

Pat was an amazing classy woman. So kind, funny, positive, loving. It's a shame when we lose the good ones so early. My prayers go out to the family.

I met iPat at my first teaching job, Alvernia High School. I only stayed there for a semester before getting a job at Notre Dame for Girls. After a few days of school just staring, in walked Pat as the new accounting teacher. I was so happy to see her. Pat always had a smile on her face and was so sweet. We lost touchafter she left Notre Dame, but I often thought about her. It was a joy to know her and my thoughts and prayers are with her family . Pat's smile is lighting up heaven right now.
