i do think about you often. especially when it starts to get toward october. I find it really ironic that the more time that passes by, the closer I feel that I get to you. I feel like I understand you more now that I am older, more than I ever did as a kid. There's so much more I wish i knew...there's so much more that I wish I understood. I wish I knew the whole story, but I know that nobody ever will. Maybe it's the mystery that keeps it interesting for me. I love you very much, and I sincerely hope you have found your peace. Not sure if you ever really had it down here on the ground.

Auntie Pat,

Its has taken me sometime to write a special message, one that will be left in the hearts of our families forever. Although we are far away from all, it meant the world to see you again in 2001. I have fond and very loving memories of you, and i will hold them dear to my heart. To the family, keep them boys safe. God Bless, and love you always.

Patti, I knew you for only a short time but it seems like forever. Your quick wit, great sense of humor and of course the laugh which will never be duplicated by anyone will never be forgotten and I am sure everyone at the Postal Service can attest to that. Keep laughing up in heaven because when you laugh, everyone laughs

Mrs. B, as I've always affectionately called her, will be missed. She had a knack for finding humor in just about everything and a laugh that could be heard throughout the post office. She will be painfully missed, and mine and my husband's hearts go out to Johnny Jr. & Wade and her entire family.
