Oscar Testa Jr. Age 91. Longtime Palos Park resident, formerly of Dolton, Lansing and Chicago's Roseland Neighborhood. Graduate of Mount Carmel High School Class of 1951. Attended Saint Joseph College of Rensselaer, Indiana. United States Army Korean War Veteran. Worked atWisconsin Steel until its closing. Retired Plant Manager for Accurate Partitions. Fellow Spaghetti-O. Was an Active member of the former Order Sons of Italy Roseland Lodge. Husband for 67 years of Evelyn nee Zbos. Father of Diane (Dave) Reninger, Susan (Bruce) Hall, Steven (Linda) Testa and Paul (Rhonda) Testa. Grandfather of John A. (Jenn) Crinion, Julie (Dan) Vincenti, Amy (Matt) Balk, Sarah (David) Flott, Joseph and
Michelle Testa. Great grandfather of Madison, Connor, Nathan Vincenti, Eloise, Rory Flott, and Cora Balk. Cousin and friend of many.
Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 West 14th Street (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Thursday September 26, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Family and friends will meet at St Alexander Church, 7025 West 126th Street, Palos Heights on Friday September 27, 2024 for Funeral Mass 10:00 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip. I've known the Testa family for many years. Wonderful people and a true credit to why they are was largely due to Mr. & Mrs. Testa. He was a wonderful husband, son, father and grandpa. He was always kind and had a great smile (genuinely) when you met him. The world will miss him as will his family and friends. It was an honor to know him and to be wonderful friends with his daughter, Diane. Godspeed
