Dear Marty, Billy, Carolyn, and Martin,
All of you and grandma Dolly are in our thoughts and prayers. What an amazing woman. I always marveled at how (despite the impossibly tall high-heels) her tiny frame hid such a big heart of gold and a spine made of steel. We wish we could be there with you to celebrate Dolly's long life of grace, love, strength, and good humor. We love you and miss you all.

Dearest Carolyn, Marty, Billy and Martin, It was a sad day when I learned of the passing of your beloved Gram. She was a classy lady whose unfalering faith and courage taught her to face each crisis in her life with dignity. Losing her beloved Jack, son Dennis, your loving mother Gloria and her battle with diabetis taught many of us the true definition of patience and love. Her role as grandmother/mother was to continue teaching the three of you life's lessons. The joy in her eyes whenever she was around Martin confirmed that her lessons had been well learned. The devotion and love that all of you bestowed upon her was a great example of these lessons. You were great students!
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and my heart is filled with joy knowing she is at peace with Our Lady and Doll's family. Thank You for sharing her with me. The world has lost a very special person.
Lovingly, Mary

My condolences and prayers are with Jim and Susan, Mike and Cathy, Carolyn and Marty and their families on the death of one grand lady. When Jack Sheehy died 35 years ago, we prayed that he would rest in peace. That is over. The glad reunion has begun. Thanks be to God. I was blest to know this woman who lived a well lived, exemplary life. What a great gift that the last two years of her life were with the loving, superb care Susan and Jim were able to give. May Dolly and Jack be reunited in God's eternal kingdom.
