Kuka, Norman D. 64, born January 14, 1937 in Chicago, IL, passed away September 26, 2001, U.S Marine Veteran, beloved husband of June (nee Lemanski), loving father of Monica (Joseph) Falk, Nicole Kuka, Danielle Kuka and Ryan Kavooras, fond grandfather of 6, preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Lena Kuka and loving aunt, Rose Mrdja; brother, Peter Kuka; sister, Rose Solem; nephew of many uncles and aunts. Member of Skokie Chamber of Commerce, past president and chairman of American Cancer Society of Chicago, past president of United Way of Chicago, board member Centre East for the performing arts, past board member of Greater Chicago Hotel Motel Association, member Chicago Convention & Tourism Association, Rotary International, Masons Scottish Rites and Shriners. Funeral service Monday, October 1st, 10 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Orthodox Church, 5400 Annie Oakley Dr., Las Vegas, NV, 89120. For Info., 702-898-4800.
